BEACHES
Torregarcía
Torregarcía Beach is a pristine beach east of Almeria, Retamar behind and almost 2,000 metres long. Sand and pebbles, the use of footwear in some of its areas is recommended. All access is by dirt roads suitable for any type of vehicles and frequented by cyclists. It has three elements of interest, the hermitage of Torregarcía, an ancient watchtower of the 16th century and remains of some old Roman salted fish factory.
In this especially protected Nature Park, it lacks services such as showers or disabled access.
